Refund policy

We hope that you love your Not So Ape purchase, but if for any reason you need to return your items, you can do so within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund using the original method of payment. 

RETURN CONDITIONS
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, and this will be clearly marked on our website. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We ask that all items are returned in their original selling condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels). Please note that all items will be inspected when they reach our warehouse and will be sent back if they are found to be in an unsuitable condition.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@notsoape.com. Our Customer Service Team will aim to respond to you within one working day. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Returns for EU-destinations: For free returns, the shipping fees are paid by us.

1. Upon your return request via e-mail, we will send you an e-mail with the prepaid return label and the shipping instructions.

2. According to the shipping instructions, attach your return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest carrier station. Our returns are free if you go to the carrier mentioned on your return label. If you choose to return the items by postal service or any other carrier, you are responsible for the return cost, and we will not be able to refund these costs. 

Returns for Non-EU-destinations: We do not cover return shipping fees for non-EU-destinations. Please note that you could be subject to customs clearing/duties.  

1. Upon your return request via e-mail, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping instructions.

2. Please send the unused item to the address mentioned in the shipping instructions.

REFUND CONDITIONS
The refund will be made via the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase, upon receiving the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
